Rest assured that items are meticulously packaged to withstand the most demanding shipping journeys.
While I take utmost care, in the unfortunate event of mishandling by the carrier, effective May 29, 2023 the responsibility for filing a claim lies with the customer.
Please note, refunds or replacements for items damaged in transit or marked as delivered by the carrier are not provided.
Refunds are not accepted for items that have been used or cleaned due to the sensitivity of some customers to chemical scents. In the case of a damaged item being returned, the refund will be prorated.
Should a Reserved Item be purchased by anyone other than the intended buyer, a $7 fee will be deducted from the refund. This policy is non-negotiable.
Your purchase signifies acknowledgment and agreement with these terms.
Items are packaged from a smoke-free environment, offering an additional layer of assurance for your satisfaction.

She really made sure my order arrived safely. I would definitely recommend purchasing from her shop and I will continue to shop her store.

I love my purchase, do you have more pieces available?
There are times when I have additional pieces not listed.
If not, I have a wait list & search for requested items.
When the item is sourced, I will send you a message & link to that item in my shop.
Do you have a Privacy Policy?
Yes.
I only use your shipping / billing address, and other contact information
to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order, and for
legal reasons (like paying NC state taxes).
Do you accept Layaway Payments?
Yes, I accept Layaway.
There is a $7 non-refundable administrative fee to set up.
Payment terms will be arranged on an individual basis, based on amount purchasing.
If payments are defaulted, or a "change mind" occurs, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Do you run Sales?
Yes, three different ways: 1. See Sale Category Section in Shop. 2. Follow on Instagram @MyVintageAlcove for promotions. 3. See shop home page as 24-hour flash promotions are periodically ran on individual listings.
Can I cancel my order?
This shop does not accept cancellations, or change of mind on orders. If a cancellation has to be made, a $6 fee is deducted from all refunds.
